hey thanks ned for the photos=) yup the usual three of us went kboxing last fri and were happily posing for the camera as we sang. i love the way how we can don't see each other for a long time yet we can always catch up with each other's lives as though it was only yesterday we parted. hehheh. somehow we know our roles within this friendship and we know exactly how to keep it going. i love my ned and xinyi, and i know u both love me too. haha=)

i went to a kelong in m'sia during the weekend. indeed there were a lot of fish that u can see in the waters, including big fishes like swordfish as well, though apparently u need to use the correct size hooks and top quality bait to catch one of those. nobody in our group caught big fishes, the biggest one was caught by the uncle who drove us to deeper waters away from the kelong. blehh. small fishes were relatively easy to catch though, the moment the line goes into the water u get a bite and its only a matter of good timing to get the fish hooked. haha fishing so fun can, its so easy to convince myself that i am a talent for fishing=)

see the grey spots in the water? all those are fishes. they were like swarming around the kelong making themselves easy catch for us.

i think i look cool in that billard photo=) i was quite surprised that there's a pool table in a kelong and my cousin and i put it to good use. although the table was really small and there wasn't really much space for me to bend down properly. the white ball was missing, black one too, and a few balls here and there. well kinda expected haha.

haha that's not what i caught. mum wanted to take photos so i posed with the fish my father caught. oops. once i got 4 fishes when i reeled my line in. i was rather pleased with myself. haha.
went home after 2 days of fishing at the kelong with my feet sunburnt. i didn't think of applying sunblock on that area, so i ended up with a triangle-shaped tan on my feet. thats quite cool too!

today is founder's day at hc, and we had our games day as well. everyone was looking good in the ARES face paint(of course, we won the face-painting segment!^^) i joined vball girls though i didn't contribute much to the team. the pro-er ppl like kaiyi helped the team win the last game and allowed us to secure 2nd place! ARES emerged as champions for quite a number of games too=) im so proud that im in this fac can.
heh 2 consecutive days of sleeping at 11pm. im tired.

stood outside of TS and watched the first part of 爱转角. it was so super funny lar, the part where show peeped at Da S in the shower and she freaked out and trapped his head in between the doors. haha. im itching to watch the show now.
class gathering yesterday was fun=) played a lot of mahjong and some fighting game on PS2. ended up with a blister on my thumb today. shouldn't have got too excited and whacked the controller so much. oops. suhui, shiyun, n me also explored the karaoke room a bit. we wanted to sing songs lar, but it turned out that u had to bring your own cds to play. so i brought down every music cd i could find and we started playing them on the player. it ended up to be more like watching a movie than singing. there was this S.H.E song 我爱你 that was quite touching and it made shiyun tear. i almost did too. and i was very amazed by the number of comics that shing had. i was so very tempted to sit through the day reading all the books. woah. overwhelming.
yay going to kbox later. i'll be at a kelong in m'sia during the weekend so u guys probably can't reach me. can't wait to go fishing and go on a mahjong marathon again=)

for the first time in four years, i went iceskating today! im not longer iceskating-phobic=) haha. realised i could skate pretty well after so long. well today was supposed to be a class outing but only 8 of us 4T1 peeps turned up. still, we had a lot of fun=)
i seriously think the pro iceskaters should not be skating among us. they were like bolting here and there between the crowd and there were so many little kids pushing their little metal guide along. it would be quite horrible if they were to knock into the kids. one skated past me and my hair flew right up. *shudders*
it was someone's birthday today and the ppl there played the happy birthday song for the bday boy/girl. they set the bubble thingy on us too! shalene was quite happily playing with us and she ended up with bubbles all over her. haha.
and hongwei was trying to shove ice down everyone's shirt! my poor face got rubbed with ice lar. brave valencia helped us by chasing hongwei around with ice too. haha. girl power!

hehheh today's a holiday for hc 'cause we got good results for A's. woohoo! a much-needed break to mug bio and cll. yest i went to jurong library to mug a bit with jac, yixin, jiefu and a lot more ppl. and on the way home we met our seniors who were very shocked that we are mugging at this point of time. apparently our dear dance ic and whats-his-name...Eugene had a block test coming up yet they went to ubin to cycle. haha. fine. call us muggers.
ahh went to shen lao shi's hse the day before with 201 peeps. the atmosphere was a bit weird lar, since it has been some time when we last saw each other. just kept eating(the dumplings! as good as usual=)) and listening to shen talk about his experiences abroad. haha. he really went to a lot of countries can. was telling us that turkey would be a good place to go to. im kinda inspired to go on a bei bao lv xing! shall do that after A's.

ahaha shawn and gerald looked very cute when they were trying to coax yangyang into eating porridge. i was quite fascinated by yang's brother who was having much fun with his lion head and got really angry when someone messed up his arrangement. haha. cute brothers! =)
ya ya shouldn't hav told my mum im having tests tmr. she's like so bothered when i've just used the computer for like less than an hr. blehh. shall keep future tests a secret. shhhh.

i dunno how time flies past so fast and still i have homework not done and tests not studied. haha. life in hci has been very fufilling indeed. though i could have put my time to better use if they didn't cancel the dance session last minute. blehh.
cheesesticks rocks! i love the auntie at werribee. im being random here but my latest birthday wish is to have a box of cheesesticks. they're sold at 38 dollars per box. haha!=)

i just watched our cny fac dance and woah. i actually felt goosebumps forming on my body. the ARESpirit was SOooooo high! yay man go ARES=)

oh and my cny was cool can. 'cause i won a lot from mahjong and blackjack and big2 blahh. i practically won money in every game i played=) cool bah. and i love all the new year food! i was stuffing myself with cookies and chocolates at my grandma's hse. my dad was, as usual, warning me that i might become as fat as a pig but since that has not happened yet(i think) i shall continue to eat happily. once a year only, isn't it? haha.
i enjoyed carrying steffie ard the most. stayed over at grandma's hse on new year day, so i could pop over and disturb dear steffie all the while=) she's so tiny now can, i could carry her for hours and not feel tired. wait till she grows up and becomes as big as edison then she wouldn't be as fun anymore. haha. let u see steffie;

don't u think she looks so cute in this oversized green clothing? haha the top keeps slipping off her shoulders and she'll go sneezing away. haha. by the way we were playing cards on the bed while she entertained herself by sliding down the chair very often. ended up her dad had to go move her up again and again. real cutie!

haha this is my cousin's little baby! a really baby-filled cny. that's part of the reason why i enjoyed myself so much can. oh and i did enjoy being showed off at my uncle's hse. everyone was quite happy that i got good results for my O's. my uncles ended up suggesting that my future boyfriend must stay in bukit timah or places like that. haha.
im still in a bit of the holiday mood. there's chem test tmr plus a bio test that has been overdue for two tutorials yet its still not given to us yet. and i haven't really studied for either of them. blehh. how come i keep feeling there's a lot of things that i haven't done.
oh and i went back with xinyi to bp dance yest. quite a lot of ppl went back too like grace, weiting, laiyeng, xuezhi. the dance has a great concept i think. its about water so there's a lot of running in circles to show its never-ending. but the running isn't very neat, neither are the steps. its a big group ah, must work very hard to make everyone synchronized. really not easy to be a dance choreographer man. mdm liao rocks!=)
today is gng to be yet another busy day, gng visiting again and hopefully i'll hav the time to go over to mr tan's hse later!
