yoohoo! endured through a long day of dance before finally getting to eat lunch+dinner at 4pm. woah. but at least we finished choreographing the dance! now its up to polishing for both dances now. how cool. oh yea and not forgetting the clothes that i have to buy for the performance. rush rush~
met up with grace today to give her her bday prezzie! and we talked as i gobbled down kfc's meltz as i was very hungry after the long day. ahh she's not having it easy in poly. but she has a bunch of great friends who will definitely make it all worthwhile! her bday sounds quite fun lar. ahh then we tried to shop for the clothes for dance night. and found out that there's actually a sale of up to 70% off in tom&stefanie! the clothes are super cheap lar! a decent-looking hoodie is like 6 bucks only. i had some fun digging around for clothes. but couldn't find those that i wanted. we practically walked the whole lot 1 and finally spotted the type of pants and shirt i want at around 40 bucks each. blehh. bugis is really the one-stop solution for this kinda things.
heh must really thank grace for walking around with me.
i have an essay thats overdue. and i've no idea how to start it. tell me how to write an essay with the title 夕阳无限好 or 春天走向你我. gahh. ]

oh yes by the way i realised 5 ppl from bp got voted for class prince/ princess=) how cool can that be!

had our fac outing last sat. heh for most classes most of the ppl came but we only had eight. so the few of us and our seniors occupied a table. but i had barely warmed my seat when they called for the class princes and princesses to prepare alr. blehh. so i went out with shing and saw casey and wangqian there too! haha! they were also voted as class prince and princess. the game became more fun with wangqian around=) our first game was piggyback! for the first time in my life, a guy other than my dad piggybacked me. heh it probably was quite hard on him 'cause im not light at all. and he held on for quite long! heh but apparently the emcees didn't see us around so we didn't win. ahh then 'cause wangqian was wearing a dress casey couldn't piggyback her properly. or they would probably win 'cause he's very strong. haha. after that both of us were quite drained mentally and physically, 'cause it was pretty traumatic to be piggybacked when the guys were standing on a feet only and us girls were clinging on like mad. heh. later the class princes and princesses were divided into groups for different games. again wangqian and me were in the same game and we were so afraid that it was the licking peanut butter thingy that we heard of. luckily it wasn't but it was quite a scary game 'cause they blindfolded us and made us eat a pear together. weishi got the whole thing down lar! and haha apparently the person who got it the worst was the fac comm person holding our pear. eric. we were spilling pear juice all over his hand. and i think shing bit his hand 'cause i heard eric's cries haha! ahh then we practically finished the pear so we won that round. hehheh. i bet we looked like some pear-eating machine then.

everybody who turned up had a rose with a pick-up line tied to it. ha im gng to list them down.

I was looking at a light bulb today and it made me think of you and how you light up my world.

I thought the last one was really sweet. ahh then weishi, qiaohan and me were peeling rose petals to make a rose bowl! it looked very good lar. then i was doing the 'he loves me, he loves me not' thingy and i liked the result i got=) the end result of the rose bowl...heh.

all the nominees got Godiva chocs for reward! i've no idea how branded it is but judging from the wows from my frens when i told them, it shld be rather expensive. heh. and i wanted to share them but nobody wanted. saying its my reward. haha!
at the end of it all the classes were supposed to go on stage for a photo taking session, but considering our pathetic number of ppl we escaped in quite an un-glam fashion. the class just dispersed from there, but i didn't want to go home alone so i went back in again, in abt the same un-glam way haha! found wangqian and frens so i tagged along only to find ourselves walking down orchard road for 2 mrt stations before going home. heh. but i felt good 'cause i haven't been out late in town for a long time alr.
im now suffering from the repercussions of shouting too much during our sports meet. i feel a flu coming on. but it's all worth it! ARES won the cheering competition! heh. we will have a lot of faculty points now.
i miss the cheese prata that we had after the sports meet. and the chicken too, although it was a total ripoff. 3.50 for a drumstick with a bit of thigh on! and shiyun will be banned from eating chicken with us from now on. skin must always be eaten with the meat 'cause thats where its most delicious. hehheh.

i watched tank's concert yest! wahaha. he's real cute lar, and he sounds real good live. woah man. i've never been so close to a real singer before. im going to be in a tank craze these few days.

dancers are working real hard now for dance night. im going to give it my all man!=)

just read grace's blog and ya! i've been using the jumbo pink glittery pencil in my lectures and it attracts quite a lot of attention. ppl are rather fascinated by it hehheh. it's rather difficult to write with it at first, but as i got used to it it became better. if only the lead can be of better quality haha! well thank u grace and yiyan!=) i will be using the pencil for some time 'cause it cannot be finished. and it poked a hole through my bag lar! super strong.
and i learnt what imba means. used to mean imbalance or smth but it came to be known as zai times 1000. as quoted from eyvonne. haha. dance today was fun 'cause there were more ppl coming alr. we got our formation done also so it was quite fun to dance among the guys. then there was this sliding move that sijin did quite skillfully so that he didn't hit me even though he was quite near. hehheh. there's dance tmr too, can't wait!
met a whole bunch of bpians at the bus stop today! i was Sooo happy lar. its a nice feeling to see familiar ppl ard. and shalene was tellling me abt her stories over in nj. sounds to me that i shld be contented with what i have in hc. ahh if only we all could still be together. i suppose we will be a lot happier than now=) yes and shalene passed me this bloody-looking tissue paper and said i must keep it to 10 yrs later! haha. it'll prob disintegrate anyway.
fac outing tmr! the 培养默契 part sounds scary lar. i wonder what they're gng to make us do.

HC MAD ROCKS TOTALLY!
went to nus today to watch our syf. woah i was very shocked by our performance. i didn't expect us them to be so good! u know as they were doing their stunts and stuff, the whole theatre ooh-ed and ahh-ed too! woah. i think we made a great impact. hehheh i'll be very surprised if we don't get a gold with honours!
bp syf was today too, pity it was much earlier and i couldn't go. but grace went and said we were not bad. hehheh. how nice if they can achieve a gold as well.

got my previous post koped by blogger! had written a long one argh. lets see what was i saying haha.
oh yes finally there isn't much homework that needs to be completed urgently. im like living through one day at a time. dance is now 5 times a week as our dance night is coming up, and i usually get home 7plus 8pm. and knowing my brain doesn't function well at all after 9, its a bit hard to complete tutorials. hehheh thats probably why im lagging behind so much. luckily there's always peer pressure-ppl are always doing homework ard me so that kinda pushes me to work harder.
Went back to opera with xinyi on friday, and we kinda rehearsed a bit of our scene. yes for 4 yrs we've been acting as little soldiers and we'll still continue as little soldiers. blehh. we had our dinner outside the room with orange light shining down on us. that made the already creepy school campus even more scary lar. then that cockroach( nick for zhang lang) had to go tell us ghost stories plus those that happened in hc as well. wonder where he heard it from. and as cockroach was approaching the climax shawn boo-ed xinyi and freaked me out as well! that was quite horrible. then gerald told us that ever famous mum and the lift story and never failed to scare me. so when i went home i called my mum( yes my mum 'cause dad wasn't home yet) and got lectured instead for making her wake up twice to answer her calls. haish. well there won't be opera pracs anytime soon 'cause our juniors are having their mid-yrs. if they're gng to continue with their story-telling i probably won't be able to go home alr. haha!

celebrated my bday on sun with my parents. i made them sing happy birthday to me and they really sang and clapped for me! aww i was so touched lar. i've never had elaborate celebrations with my parents, but i felt overwhelming love from them. hehheh mum volunteered to buy me new sports bra and dad paid my phone bill for this month. how cool!

had a wonderful bday in school as well. lots of ppl msged me! super glad that i hav so many friends who rmb-ed my bday. got a big pink bear from shing and special bookmarks from shiyun. and shing's friend bought my a drink when he knew i got ulcers! haha. i've got sweet ppl ard me=) then us usual clique went to werribee for dinner. the auntie gave me this super bobbly turtle and treated me to cheesestiks too! and i got treated to a very filling dinner consisting of baked cheese rice, cheese sausage and sarsi float. had a lot to eat that night! many thanks to jac, jeff, weishi as well=) i totally felt like a pampered princess that day.

yest i went out with bp ppl for dinner to celebrate my bday too! fiona bought me big balloons that said happy birthday on it. then for the whole journey back home i was carrying those balloons. shawn said that i attracted a lot of attention. haha and i was still hoping that ppl would come over and wish me happy bday! ahh yes and i got a treat from all of them at cafe cartel at bp plaza. i reached at 530 with shalene(who had a very...cute encounter haha!) and evelyn and fiona and hongwei were alr there. then jiaxuan came who gave me a bit of a shock 'cause she pounced erm no...hugged me real tight from behind. haha! ahh then we waited for shawn and gavin to come. we sat there while we watched the queue go from nobody to a lot of ppl then to nobody again. been there for super long lar. hehheh and apparently many of them came despite having a lot of things to do. man im really happy. as we went home we got stuck outside ts and watched this zombie+priest fight. super funny lar! i think we girls laughed a bit loud 'cause many ppl were looking. haha.

alright to conclude i realised im loved more than ever after my bday. i love having bdays!=)

i am going to start getting busy. dance pracs for me are like four times a week now, think they'll get lesser after this week. and there's a skill A thingy which is due tmr and an essay due next week. 6 more poems to memorize. not to mention maths lecture test and my class test too! haish now that i've listed them all out it looks like a lot for a slacker like me. wad mrs tan said today about putting info in point form gives u more points is true. haha i shall not whine anymore.
went to grandma's hse on sunday and played ard with steffie! big girl of 2 mths old already, can hold her head up now! and i suspect she fakes crying to get ppl to hold her. she'll only sleep in ppl's arms but not on the bed. so i was holding her most of the time as she slept and kicked about in her sleep. haha. i sang lullabies to her so she could sleep know! and when i asked her if it sounded bad, she laughed lar! blehh. she shld be more than happy to have me singing for her=)



gahh baby is so cute. she totally looks like her mum when she smiles in that manner. hehheh. alright start skill A quick!
